How does billing work?
Pro is $1,000/month, or $10,000/year (two months free). You start with a 14-day free trial; your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the in-app billing portal at any time — you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace becomes read-only (your data is retained).
What counts toward my limits?
Pro includes a generous monthly envelope across AI requests and tokens, Autodesk model processing, storage, compute, and emails, shared across your workspaces and up to 10 teammates. If you consistently need more, Enterprise offers custom quotas.
Do you charge tax?
Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing location. Business customers can enter a tax ID where supported.
What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
Pro is self-serve with a fixed monthly envelope and up to 10 seats. Enterprise adds custom quotas, more seats, SSO, an SLA, and onboarding — talk to sales for a quote.
